Terms of Use

APPLICATION
This Agreement covers exclusively any sale of products through the website www.monastiriaka-eshop.gr of the company ARTEMIS LEVENTAKI based in Thessaloniki, Egnatia 52, Greece with Registration Number 168971604000 (VAT: 047866818, Tax Office: E' THESSALONIKIS)
Every visitor and user who uses the services of our online store is considered to consent and accept all the terms expressed herein, without exception.


ORDERS
All transactions carried out on monastiriaka-eshop.gr are governed by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance selling, as it was supplemented-amended by the K.Y.A. Ζ1-891 / 13-8-2013.
You must be an adult to make a purchase from our online store.
Orders placed through monastiriaka-eshop.gr only if they were accepted by our company, ie until you receive an e-mail from us with which we accept your order (Order Confirmation).
Before placing an order, please be fully aware of the following:
- the features of the product you wish to purchase
- the listed prices of our products for sale, which include the legal VAT
- information on shipping charges for products for sale
- The various offers are valid until stocks run out
Our company provides the user with the ability to order products through an online store and receive these products through a courier company. In addition, we provide you with the option of receiving the products of your order from our store, repaying the purchase price in cash or by card. The customer can choose and repay the purchase price in the following ways:
- Pay on delivery
- Credit / debit / prepaid card
- Bank deposit / Bank transfer
- IRIS Payments
- With cash / Card in the physical store
We inform you that, if the method of payment is selected by deposit in a bank account, the deposit must be made no later than the next working day from the date of the order. In case the deposit is not made on the above date, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the contract.
In the event that the products are listed on our website with the wrong price due to an error, but your order has already been accepted by us before the error is detected, you will receive an email from us as soon as possible, informing you for the error and we will ask you if you wish to proceed with the purchase of the product you have already ordered with the new correct price.


RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER
You can cancel your order at any stage and return the product, for any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product. In this case, only the cost of returning the product is borne by you.
Returns are accepted provided that:
- the product is in the same condition in which you received it
- the product is accompanied by a retail receipt or invoice
Cancellation notice must be emailed to info@monastiriaka-eshop.gr and must state your full details, description of the product you ordered and the order number you want to cancel. In the event that a user is found to be abusive and repeatedly exercising this possibility, ie repeatedly ordering products and then canceling the contract and not receiving them, we have the right to refuse orders from him in the future.

PRODUCT DELIVERY / DELIVERY COSTS
The products can be sent to you anywhere in Greece and in any country of the European Union, and to the address indicated in the request for your order. Delivery by courier daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The basic charge for orders anywhere in Greece will be (2,90) euros. Delivery time is set at approximately 1-7 days. We are not responsible for delays in the delivery of products that are not due to our own fault but to factors and events that are not controlled by us, such as strikes, extreme weather events, supplier problems, terrorist acts, etc. Ownership of the product is transferred after full payment but the risk upon delivery to the buyer.

MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of transactions. This will take effect as soon as this text is notified of any changes.

DIFFERENCE
If any part of the contract proves invalid the remaining contract is not affected and will continue to be valid.

APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Greek law and the legislation governing electronic commerce and consumer protection and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
